Oreana quartz surfaces are composed of 93% natural quartz aggregate bonded with a high-performance polymer resin under vacuum-vibrated pressure. Compared to natural granite, our quartz surfaces are non-porous (no annual sealing needed), harder (Moh's 7 vs 5–6 for most granites), and 100% consistent slab-to-slab in colour and pattern. Granite has more variation and requires periodic sealing, but is fully natural stone.

Yes. Custom colours are available on a minimum order of 500 m² (typically 15–20 slabs). Custom sizes and thicknesses (up to 40 mm) can be quoted individually — please share your drawings when you enquire and our production team will respond within 48 hours with feasibility and lead time.

Yes. Every Oreana quartz surface is NSF-51 certified for food contact, meaning it has passed independent tests for extractable substances, cleanability and bacterial resistance. The non-porous surface prevents food residue from penetrating, so cleaning is quick and hygienic.

All Oreana quartz surfaces come with a 10-year residential warranty against manufacturing defects (staining, delamination, structural cracking under normal use). Commercial installations carry a five-year warranty. Natural stone (marble, semi-precious) is warranted for material soundness at delivery; natural weathering and use-marks are not defects.

Engineered quartz is not recommended for exposed exterior use. UV radiation may cause slight yellowing of the resin binder over time. For outdoor applications — pool decks, facades, alfresco kitchens — our large-format digital porcelain tiles are engineered specifically for outdoor durability and thermal shock.

Slabs ship on custom-built A-frame crates with edge protection, silica-gel moisture absorbers and cushioning felt between slabs. Each container is loaded under supervision, sealed and photographed for our customers' records. Loading and shipping documentation is provided at every stage.

Yes — we ship to more than 40 countries. Our export team handles FOB and CIF terms and can coordinate with your freight forwarder or provide our own logistics partners. Sample kits and technical documentation (BIM, CAD, CSI/NBS specs) are available for international specifiers.

For everyday cleaning, use warm water and a soft cloth. Sticky or stubborn residues wipe away with a pH-neutral surface cleaner (avoid bleach, methylene chloride and hydrofluoric acid). See our full care & maintenance guide for detailed instructions.

Yes. Our own factory is ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (occupational health) certified. All raw-material quarries are on our approved-supplier list and are subject to periodic audits — we can share our sourcing report with serious enquiries.

Our certified installer network covers 12 Indian cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata. For projects outside these cities, or internationally, we work with your preferred local fabricator and provide detailed installation drawings, edge templates and remote QC support.
