From a family workshop to a global brand
Oreana Stone & Ceramic was founded in 2007 in Himatnagar, Gujarat — a region synonymous with fine stone. What began as a single vibro-press making custom marble panels for local architects has grown into a fully integrated surface manufacturer, exporting engineered quartz, natural stone and digital porcelain tiles to more than 40 countries.
Our founder, Sanjay Patel, still walks the workshop floor every morning. That hands-on culture — where every senior manager knows how to run a press and inspect a slab — remains our biggest competitive advantage.
Today, Oreana operates two production lines in Gujarat with a combined capacity of over 850,000 square meters annually. We work with independent architects, contract fabricators, hospitality groups and export distributors across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Precision engineering, end to end
Our two production lines combine German vibro-compaction technology with Italian polishing systems — every slab passes 14 quality-control checkpoints before it leaves our warehouse.
Vibro-Compaction
German Breton BretonStone™ line applies 8,500 kg of pressure per square meter under vacuum, producing slabs with near-zero porosity.
Polishing Line
16-head Italian polishing wheels finish surfaces to a consistent gloss level (up to 92 GU) with automated feedback control.
QC Lab
On-site NABL-accredited lab tests density, flexural strength, abrasion, chemical resistance and radioactivity for every batch.
Ethics, environment, community
Ethical Sourcing
Every raw material is traceable to a certified quarry. We publish an annual sourcing report and welcome third-party audits.
Environmental Care
We recycle 96% of processing water, reprocess offcuts into terrazzo, and power 40% of our factory from rooftop solar.
Community
We fund vocational training for 80 local students each year through the Oreana Craft Fellowship.

Sanjay Patel opens a single-press workshop with 12 stone artisans, focused on custom marble panels for Gujarati architects.
First Export Order
A 40-foot container of engineered quartz ships to a boutique fabricator in Dubai — the beginning of our international story.
Line #2 Commissioned
Doubling capacity with a second German-built vibro-compaction line. First digital-tile press installed.
ISO 14001 Certification
Achieved international environmental management certification — one of the first Indian stone plants to do so.
Rooftop Solar Live
1.4 MW rooftop solar plant powers 40% of daily production; on track for 100% renewable by 2028.
